• This TV has Alexa Built-in "Works with" Alexa so it should support and Alexa Cube via Bluetooth, select the speaker via settings as Audio Out. It does support Apple Airplay2. ^Daphane

• There is a USB port so I’m sure it supports Amazon haven’t tested but I can confirm it does mirror Apple products. I tested with Apple iPhone 11, and iMac 2017. Not sure if it works with others.

• I don't know about Alexa cube, but it does have the capability of screen mirroring with Apple products.
