A 120Hz refresh rate should result in less blurring and interpolating in quickly changing video, like a runner's legs. That said, I am happy with he 60Hz set i just bought. And keep in mind that computer monitors are generally refreshing at 60Hz. If yoiu've watched video on your computer and have not been too distracted by blurred fast moving video, then maybe it's a bit of a non-issue. But I suppose it won't be long until all TVs are 120Hz (or higher).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The refresh rate is how quickly the television can process frames per second. The higher the refresh rate the faster the frames appear. However, most people cannot actually distinguish the difference between the two.
