• This has a 120hz refresh rate instead of 60hz. Also it has a "trublack panel" as listed on the LG site.

• The design is thinner and slicker on the back, consumes less energy and has a 120hz refresh rate. I'm going to buy this and return the other one

• Hi I just wanted to correct the other people in regards to this tv being a 120 hz refresh rate. IT IS NOT. It is a 60 hz. Here is the link to LG's site - it says it right on there. http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-49UH6030-4k-uhd-tv
