So, it has the option to use your soundbar (vizio 5.1 system i have) with the tv volume, and the remote for the TV works with the soundbar. yes, VIZIO soundbar, LG tv, remote controls the volume on the soundbar AND the tv, and when the TV volume isnt set to on (in settings) the tv does not change volumes.
