“The screen becomes blurry while watching Netflix and Amazon, one minute it's picture perfect the next it's blurred out ... does this have to do with a setting feature? How can I prevent the blur?”

Sounds like your WIFI has a bad connection. Happens to me as well. If the connection isn't strong then your streaming services won't come out crystal clear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That might be that it wasn't done up loud the show or movie fast enough ,if you close enough try running the cable from your to the internet modem. Or try to get a better internet signal to the room with the TV
