• This TV is not a 4K model. I have a great picture and I am only hooked up to an outside antenna.

• Best Buy is committed to customer satisfaction and you seem unsatisfied, you should return it and spend a little extra cash on something with HDR. Television does not put out 4K and the only way you'd be able to enjoy your 4K is through external media like blue ray.
