“We just hooked this tv last night. How do you change the sharpness or picture quality? We found it once but can't find that option again. The picture looks blurry and not as sharp as in the store. There are faint black lines, screen like over picture.”

Push the button on the remote that looks like a gear - this is settings. Select the first one - Picture mode with the OK button. At the bottom of the menu is the sharpness adjustment. I had to do quite a lot of adjusting the get the picture to look right on most channels, particularly skin tones. I was surprised the Geek Squad made the adjustments in the way they did. I thought I had made a big mistake buying this TV (my first flat screen) but after I adjusted it myself the picture looked awesome and skin tones were amazing.
