Yes, you can for sure with the HDMI. As long it HDMI 2.0 and above which it is. Also make sure your graphic card can deal with the higher resolution, GTX 1070, if you want to game in 1440p. If you want true 4k gaming at least a GTX1080 will do. Just not the best in FPS shooter games bc this TV inputlag is around 33ms by displaylag.com test. PC monitor can go under 10ms.
