- Answer When you do an Online Order you do not get a Receipt, you get an Order Number... Now that's all you need when the Person Receives it, they will get A Shipping Detailed Sheet and Either one is good, Cause when you go into the Store, all you need is The Order Number........

- Answer That will depend on what type of APK file you are trying to download. The LG Full HD 1080p Smart LED TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49LJ550M has its own OS and you can't use any apps that are not licensed for compatibility with the TV and available through LG....^IFV

QuestionAre there enough ports or whatever is required for directv, Sony Blu-ray Disc player and Wii to be plugged in at same time?

- Answer There are 2 HDMI ports and component composite RCA type Jacks. The Answer is yes if either your Direct TV or Wii uses Component composite cables. That will leave 2 HDMI ports for the other two. I personally use Sony BluRay DVD player on an HDMI and ATT Uverse Receiver connected to the TV via Component / Composite cables (Shielded cable with 5 RCA type connectors of which 3 are for Video and two for Stereo Audio L & R. It also has a USB port for plugging a Memory stick with photos or Video on it.

- Answer Great question! While you can still connect and use a 4K console, since this is not a 4k capable TV, the video would not display at 4K quality.

QuestionJust turned this on, i see some darker black spots/shades on the TV when connecting a laptop to it via hdmi, this happens on white or light background, anyone else experience this or have any suggestions, thanks.

- Answer While I have not tried with a laptop, I have noticed on white or bright backgrounds with blu-ray and over-the-air tv programs. The white color is not even and there are areas of dull white almost gray colors. Normal, maybe but I'm not sure, this is just what I've noticed.

- Answer Nope. I learned that the hard way. LG has their own app store, if you will. Those you mention are not available. Amazon Video *is* included and you can access those channels (for a subscription fee) through the Amazon app.

QuestionIs this model being discontinued anytime soon? I've purchased tv's in the past that had great stats, but the model was close to being discontinued and created support/application problems within a short time afterwards.

QuestionI just bought this TV today, I thought it had blue tooth out to connect to speakers and apparently it does not. Beyond taking it back and getting another TV is there a Blue Tooth Device we can put in the TV to make wireless speakers work?

QuestionDoes this tv have a GUIDE feature like DirectTv has? My samsung only has a channel list. A Guide feature means you can look through all the channels and see what IS on and what WILL BE on in the future.

QuestionCan anyone tell me how the 49" tv measures diagnolly on the stand? We are trying to fit this in a spot that allows for exactly 51" diagnolly.

- Answer The stands are right on the edges of the TV, but do not expand past the edge of the TV. We thought we may have issues since we went from 45" to 49" with this TV, but it fits.

QuestionEverything works on the remote with the tv after setup except the channel changer. What am I doing wrong?

- Answer If your selected input is a cable or satellite receiver, changing channels on the TV does not work of course. Channels are changed on the receiver with that remote. If not using a receiver set the TV input to Antennae. It will search for available channels.
