“My LG Magic Remote controls the sound but not channels for Direct TV. My Direct TV Universal remote (RC66RX) controls the channels but not the sound. How do I get one or the other of these two remotes to control both sound and channels?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Locate, call and set up an appointment with your local audio/video store/shop and ask if they can help you. You'll need to set up an appointment for them to come to your house. They have a computer that might be able to program your universal remote. If they can't, they probably can sell you a remote that they can program. When theyre finished programming your remote, youll be able to use most, if not all, of your things(tv, sound, surround, dvd player, cd player, etc.) from one remote. Its worth it for sure!
