One of the first things to check when this issue occurs is that the HDMI cable you are using is 4K compatible as not all HDMI cables are. If this does not resolve the problem, check us out on Twitter @LGUSSupport or you can give us a call at 800-243-0000 and we will be happy to help. ^CP
