• Netflix pre-installed. Web browser works fine.Get a wireless touchpad keyboard for the web browser. Incredibly simplifies browsing. I use the logitech k830.

• Very user friendly. Use Netflix and Hulu all the time. As long as you have good wifi signal and connectivity, it works great for the web as well.
