Hi LexVegas. The footprint for the stand legs on the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49UJ6300 is 7.5" (D) x 33.5" (W). The legs angle out at the front and angle inward behind the TV. The width given in the footprint is for the widest width which is in front, so given the measurement for your stand, it the TV will fit. If you are connecting a ROKU digital media player to the TV via its HDMI ports, whatever services are available on the ROKU can be streamed to the TV...^IFV
