QuestionJust got this TV Friday and was stoked about 4K @ 120Hz. However, via my Xbox Series X this TV does not support 4K @ 120Hz. I can get up to 1440p @ 120Hz which is still fantastic. Wondering if I am missing some setting on the TV.

- Answer It does indeed support 4K@120. Make sure you are using a HDMI 2.1 Cable ams that it is plugged into either ports 3 or 4

- Answer Please consult directly with the store regarding international delivery. This TV is manufactured for use in the USA and does require 120Vac for optimal operation, however, the TV can withstand up to 240Vac with an adapter if needed. ^Daphane

QuestionDoes the 49NANO85UNA have a plastic protective screen film cover out of the box? I took the film off the frame and energy sticker off the screen, but it doesn’t appear to have a plastic protective screen film cover on it.

- Answer The tv is currently $599, which is $50 off regular price of $649.99. There are not many options on the market for a 49 or 50in with a refresh rate of 120hz (the market is flooded with 49-50in tv’s with a refresh rate of 60hz, so you will see a whole bunch of them on sale). With that being said, I wouldn’t expect getting this tv on a Black Friday special due to limited competition among other tv manufacturers in the 120hz refresh rate category for 49-50in size tv’s. $599 for a 49in tv with 120hz refresh rate is already a good deal!
