“Just got this TV Friday and was stoked about 4K @ 120Hz. However, via my Xbox Series X this TV does not support 4K @ 120Hz. I can get up to 1440p @ 120Hz which is still fantastic. Wondering if I am missing some setting on the TV.”

It does indeed support 4K@120. Make sure you are using a HDMI 2.1 Cable ams that it is plugged into either ports 3 or 4
