“When I try to play videos saved on CDs or DVDs there is no sound. The message displayed is "Audio Format Not Supported" . How can I get the sound to work?”

• It is probably that the sound format is just too outdated. The newer Blu-ray players just aren't set up for them.

• I would suggest that you call Bestbuy tech support. I do not use any CD's other than what is supported.
