“Is this combo unit rated for use in campers? I have a 38' 2025 coachmen it has hookups but was told to make sure that the unit(s) are certified for Camper use. thank you for your time”

I'm not sure if any unit would be certified for use in a camper but what I can say about this one is it uses 120 voltage instead of 220 and can plug nicely into any space with a drain and a power plug. This is coming from a user who had one in a tiny apartment.
