Yes, depending on the closet dimensions and availability of water / outlets / drain.

As long as the dimensions and weight limits check out and there is access to required electricity and water connections without any hazards this should be possible. Too many variables to provide a yes or no answer. The one thing I can confirm is that there is no need for a vent so that is one less bother.

Since it doesn't require any active venting like a traditional dryer, that shouldn't be a problem. You'll still need to plumb hot, cold, and drain water of course.
