“Can you use the pods for detergent? They remain in the tray when the wash is complete. What am I doing wrong?”

• Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer. We recommend placing detergent pods directly into the washer drum before adding your laundry rather than in the dispenser tray to ensure they dissolve properly. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-5-0-cu-ft-high-efficiency-stackable-front-load-washer-with-6motion-technology-white/JJ8VPZRCP7 For further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. —Renzo

• Yes you can use pods! However, don't place them in the tray, place them in the tub with your clothes before starting.
