“We are looking to replace our 13 yr old LG front load washer with this one? Will our existing pedestal - model WDP3V - fit? Do we need to purchase new pedestals or not? thx”

• Hi there! We understand your inquiry regarding the compatibility of your existing WDP3V pedestal with the LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-5-0-cu-ft-high-efficiency-stackable-front-load-washer-with-6motion-technology-white/JJ8VPZRCP7 While the WDP3V is a 27" pedestal, we recommend checking the mounting bracket configuration as newer washers may require a specific installation kit to ensure a secure fit with older pedestal models. • We had the same situation. The older washer was deeper. It would not fit.
