“I scanned the QR code and it says this model isn't supported. I try to add it without the QR code and it says to hold the Delay-Start for 3 seconds but it does nothing. There is no WiFi symbol on the button. The model is WM3470CW so it's the right model.”

We understand you're having difficulty connecting your washer to Wi-Fi and using the ThinQ® app. This model does not support LG ThinQ® Smart Technology, which is why the QR code scanning and the attempt to connect through the Delay Start button are not working.
