There’s an option to turn off the detergent for the wash cycle so you can load a special detergent for any load. Just need to remember to turn it back on. Pretty easy!

To use a different detergent like a baby detergent, you would need to either add it directly to the wash drum or try to empty and refill the EZ Dispense compartment each time. Continuously switching between detergents in the EZ Dispense feature does not appear to be a straightforward process.
