• It has a cold, warm, hot choice for wash cycles. It only rinses on cold water (to my disappointment). I would suggest you call for repair. Something is wrong with yours. Sorry!

• If it is rinsing with hot water check your supply hoses. If you have the cold and hot hoses crossed (hot water supply is attached to the cold water spigot and cold water supply is attached to the hot water spigot) the machine will think it is filling with cold water when actually filling with hot. The machine should only rinse with cold. If you need to switch the hoses make sure you turn off the valves before loosening the hoses unless you would like a shower.
