“Just bought a CX 65 Inch OLED. Will sit on stand. Will the main speaker be higher than the base of the TV? It will sit in front of screen so worried that it will "intrude" upon the screen.”

It doesnt block the bottom of the TV (as long sa you are sitting higher than the bar) however it does block the IR port on the CX. I had my CX on its stand and the SN9YG in front of it and I had to raise the remote to clear the soundbar for it to turn the TV on or off (once the TV is on, it uses bluetooth on the magic remote)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LG Response was spot on. It does stick up above the bottom of the screen slightly, but barely noticeable. For Widescreen Movies (non-pan and scan), the black bar at the bottom makes the height immaterial.
