“I bought this floor model along with a 65" Sony Bravia. I cant keep it connected. I have a simple setup. DTV box and TV. I can get sound for a while and then it stops. When powered off and on it says "Please wait" and then shuts off. Please help”

Most TVs have a pass through hdmi port. Mine (vizio) was port 3. Although I have everything connected through my Xbox one x I too have this problem. Microsoft indicated they are working on a patch to solve the issue. My recommendation is the check for a firmware update for the tv and to check if you need to use the pass through option.
