Hello there, Sonia. Thank you for sharing your inquiry about your S90QY Sound Bar. We understand your situation and appreciate your interest in ensuring optimal performance when relocating to Australia. The S90QY purchased in the US is designed to operate at 120V, so using it directly with a 220V power supply may not be suitable. As a troubleshooting step, we recommend checking if a certified voltage converter or adapter is available and compatible with the soundbar’s power requirements to safely use it with the local 220V supply. https://www.lg.com/us/sound-bars/lg-s90qy-sound-bar#pdp_specs Please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions or provide additional guidance based on your setup. We appreciate your patience. —Renzo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Sonia. If you look at the AC port on the back of the LG 5.1.3 Channel Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X - Black, Model # S90QY for the supplied power cord, the power requirement for the unit can be found on the main label as it is for the Subwoofer that also has to be plugged into an outlet. It should be labeled as 100 ~ 240V, 50/60 Hz...^Ivan.
