“I have all my connections right. But, the subwoofer doesn't seem to be very loud or thunderous. I have other soundbars in my house with smaller a subwoofer that are deeper and booming with sound compared to the LG S90QY. Maybe it's a bad sub any thoughts?”

• My issue is that the sound bar constantly loses the audio all together. It continuously goes in and out.

For the LG 5.1 3-Channel Sound Bar w/Wireless Subwoofer theres a chance you could be Under-powering your sub with an inadequate amp won't hurt it, but it'll definitely make it sound weak. Make sure that you match your passive subwoofer to a recommended amplifier to get the full power from it. Also, be sure to not use an old or otherwise compromised amp. ~Jai.
