Questionwhat is the beg difference b/w this model and LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer? <Model:WM8100HVA SKU:5149404> I have found Wifi and inside light. I cannot decide it. Thanks.

- Answer Hi Sandy. There aren't any major differences between the washers. Both feature a Drum Light, but the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. Large Smart wi-fi Enabled Front Load Washer TurboWash®, Model # WM9000HW* has Wi-Fi as you pointed out. The only other difference is that the WM9000HW* has a Dark Black Tinted Round Cover for the Door Cover and the WM8100HW* has a Dark Blue Tinted Square Cover. The machines also have different sized Door Openings, 42 1/8" for the WM9000HW* and 57 1/2" for the WM8100HW*...^IFV

- Answer No but just do your loads under the Jumbo cycle. I have found that there is more water used under this setting. And I have big load of really dirty laundry. Plus I always do a extra rinse. Cloths come out clean every time. Just be sure to use top quality soap pods like tide.

- Answer No. You add detergent to the machine from the top via a slide back cover. A dryer on top would block the ability to add detergent.

QuestionDoes it have a cycle for drain and spin? My current LG is able to do this and it comes in handy sometimes but I don't see it listed for this machine.

- Answer Yes, there is a cycle for Drain and Spin. The Spin button activates the Drain and Spin cycle to drain the tub and spin clothes. ^CP

QuestionDoes this have an option to keep tumbling the clothes to prevent wrinkles if you're not available to dry or hang them when the cycle ends? (Fresh Care in another model I looked at)

- Answer There is a steam setting that makes the clothes soft and fresh feeling with no wrinkles. You can also set for it to have a damp dry signal if you don’t want your clothes to dry and shrink up

QuestionDo I need any extra space around the washer and dryer? My spot is 58 inches. It will exactly fit the washer and dryer. But do I need any wiggle room?

- Answer IMO that it is too close for comfort. Each unit is 29" wide and you would likely damage the finish on the sides to cram them in.

That feature cannot be turned off. It rotates the laundry in a way that allows it to use less water while still fully fully saturating your clothing so it is normal for you to not be able to see water during the wash cycle...^IFV
