- Answer No, it is not recommended to stack a washer and dryer atop a pedestal due to safety concerns and the pedestal will not accommodate the weight of the washer and dryer. ^Daphane

- Answer Yes, you can as long as you have a good connection to the faucet and to the hose. The only down side is the washer can't control the temperature. You will have to turn on the faucet to the temperature settings you need, unless you have two separate faucets, one for hot and one separate for cold.
