Is the griddle made of cast iron or aluminum alloy? null

It is made out of aluminum alloy. I love cast iron but this is really easy to take care of nice and light for those who have problems with their hands. We love this stove so far no problems.

From what I can tell without looking at the user guide, it seems like cast iron. It is heavy and black.
