Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably sounds silly, but check the hoses are attached the the correct inlets on the rear of the washer. On cold and warmer washes if they hoses are connected the wrong way it would seem to work correctly using both hot and cold valves (even though the water is obviously too hot).
