- Answer CL Error Code It is an indicator that the child lock feature is set active. When the child lock feature is active, the control panel will be disabled and settings cannot be adjusted. To fix this: Press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds.

- Answer It’s literally AMAZING! I can wash a small load no problem.. or a huge load! I have a baby so I wash his clothes by itself! Best washer for stubborn stains! Deff worth the time it takes! But also you can quick wash if that’s what’s needed!

QuestionWhat is the expected cycle time for a "Normal" load? Is there a "Speed Wash" mode? If so, what is the expected cycle time?

- Answer Normal load is always 59 mins. I wash once in speed wash it’s 29 mins. I also notice at some point the washer sense the weight of the load and time it. lesser than the 59 mins in normal load I’d say.

QuestionCan Oxi-Clean be used with this machine?

- Answer I use it in every load! There’s a reservoir for your liquid softener on the left and then next to it on the right is for liquid detergent (which I use) or dry detergent. I scoop and sprinkle the Oxy Clean right on top of all the dirty clothes and start the washing cycle. Works wonderfully!

- Answer It is definitely HE...hence the reason it qualifies for many rebates. The manual refers to it as HE so does the LG website.

- Answer How long it takes for the washer to do a full load will depend on several factors. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.5 cu.ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7900HBA. When a cycle is selected, the default time for that cycle is displayed. This time will change as modifiers or options are selected. Once the Start/Pause button is pressed, the washer will measure the size of the load. The estimated time may change once the load size has been measured. Adding the Turbo Wash™ option to a cycle reduces the length of the cycle while maintaining a similar wash performance. The Turbo Wash™ option cannot be used with all cycles and Turbo Wash™ defaults On for Normal, Pre Wash+Normal and Speed Wash cycles. With the LG TurboWash™ 360, you can power-clean big loads of laundry in less than 30 minutes—and still get the same kind of washing performance as longer cycles. QuestionI noticed when I wash clothes sometimes after the load is over the dispenser drawer will be opened and sometimes it will be closed. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal or should I have it looked at?

- Answer This happened once, but we weren't sure that drawer was closed completely. Since that occurrence, we made sure the drawer is completely closed. And, this condition has not recurred.

QuestionWhy is it that when I have the LG washer wi-fi signal set to "off" that the washer still shows up as a wi-fi network (when I'm using the washer) on all my other devices on our home network?

- Answer Hello! Your washer's Wi-Fi being set to "Off" will prevent your unit from connecting to it's most recent network, but it will still show up as a network that can be connected to because that's how the unit becomes registered and able to be paired to a new network. ^Ian
