QuestionI have a severe detergent allergy. in spite of using very hypoallergenic detergent, i have to run the washer five more times with plain water after running it once with detergent in order to get the detergent out. which washer do u recommend

QuestionCan I use Clorox lL color safe bleach in this machine

- Answer The bleach dispenser is designed to dispense liquid bleach only. Powdered or liquid color-safe bleach will not dispense properly. Always follow the manufacturer’s recommendations when adding bleach. Never add more than one cup and do not exceed the maximum fill line since this can cause the bleach to be dispensed immediately, resulting in damage to fabrics. Using too much bleach can damage fabrics. Never pour undiluted liquid chlorine bleach directly onto the load or into the tub. Fabric damage can occur. Do not use color-safe bleach or Oxi products in the same cycle with liquid chlorine bleach. QuestionHello, I just installed this washer as a replacement to anther LG, comparable product. My prior washer had a Diamond Glass top, while this one does not. What is the difference between Diamond Glass and just the plain glass top? Is this tempered?

- Answer I have the same question - I cannot find any information online. This glass appears to be much thinner, I hope it is strong enough. I also notice that when the washer fills, more sound escapes (it is louder) than my prior glass topload with the sealed lid w/ diamond glass. I'm disappointed in this lid downgrade :( BOOO to LG products (other wise I do prefer LG appliances)

- Answer No lint trap in the sense that a dryer has a lint trap. The washer does have a screen filter at the end of the hoses where they connect to the hot and cold water taps to screen larger particles out of incoming water.
