It’s literally AMAZING! I can wash a small load no problem.. or a huge load! I have a baby so I wash his clothes by itself! Best washer for stubborn stains! Deff worth the time it takes! But also you can quick wash if that’s what’s needed!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fantastic. There is a turbo wash feature for smaller loads - will do a complete load of laundry in about ~25 minutes. I've used it a few times for my kids clothes - come home from school that day and have paint, or some kind of stain on their clothes. Treat it with spot/stain treatment, then wash a shirt or an outfit - usually throw a towel or two in there from our morning shower(s) as well just so I feel like I'm washing more than just one piece of clothing. But it works great!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You CANNOT do small or medium loads unless you are connected to the app, which is super inconvenient and impossible for me now. Unfortunately, I can no longer connect to the app for some reason. When I called LG to resolve this problem, they kept me on hold for about 45 min and then transferred me to Costco tech support, even though I had bought this at Best Buy. For the next 15 minutes, the Costco Rep tried but couldn't get me connected to the correct department. When I was placed on hold, the phone was dead silent for 30 minutes before any music started to play. I decided to try to connect via LG's chat option, and they told me to call the same line. We own many LG products, but this is the last one we will buy because their customer service is nonexistent. I wish I had not gotten this washer because I did not realize how often I do small and medium loads. It makes me sad because there are features that I really like about this product. :(
