“I noticed when I wash clothes sometimes after the load is over the dispenser drawer will be opened and sometimes it will be closed. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal or should I have it looked at?”

• This happened once, but we weren't sure that drawer was closed completely. Since that occurrence, we made sure the drawer is completely closed. And, this condition has not recurred.
