• We just purchased this washing machine a couple weeks ago. Yes, there is a deep wash cycle.

• Yes its called "water plus". Deep wash is different and shoots water at the clothes. Water plus adds extra water and we use it all the time. I too hate it when it barely adds enough water to get clothes wet, let alone suspend dirt and soap to rinse out dirty clothes.

• There is a Deep Wash Cycle which provides additional water and should be used for washing heavily soiled mixed items. ^Daphane
