“How often does your wash get unbalanced? Our 2013 washer got unbalanced regularly unless the user was extremely careful and was having a lucky day. We don't want another machine that keeps doing that.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does get unbalanced when the load is heavy. So we have resorted to doing heavy objects alone for example sheets and towels are washed alone. That seems to help. Also we try not to over fill the washer
