“The washer makes very loud noise due to the drip pan I have under it. Need a drip pan because it's on the 2nd floor. Drip pans aren't flat, so the washer grinds on it and is very loud. Is there a compatible drip pan or do I need to return the washer?”

LG does not recommend the use of a drip pan. If one must be used, take extra care to follow the instructions provided with the drip pan and make sure the leveling feet are adjusted for firm and even contact with the pan. Use of drip pans and failure to properly level the machine may result in increased vibration and noise during operation.
