“Has LG done anything to address the no power on issues and mainboard buttons not working issue? I have a wt7305 (failed) and reluctant to buy LG again due to this. is this still an issue?”

For no power issues, here are a few troubleshooting steps from LG’s Help Library: Check the power supply – Ensure the washer is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm power is flowing. Reset the washer – Unplug the washer for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This can reset the internal electronics and restore power. Check the circuit breaker – Make sure the circuit breaker hasn’t been tripped. If it has, reset it and see if the washer powers on.
