• I always leave the lid open until it is dry. I needed to do that on my prior washer and still do it on this one

• I used oxyclean in the wash - and that kept my front loader from having that awful smell.

• It says the lid is 57 1/2 when open all the way - our cabinet is 56 inches from floor… will the lid open all the way?

• I have had my washer since 2016 and I use the tub clean cycle which calls for bleach and it NEVER smells moldy. One reason I found for moldy smell on front loaders is the gasket harbors so much moister, unlike a top loader. But I do keep lid open between cycles, if I remember
