• The LG has sound options that allow output to your stereo receiver independent of the speakers on the television. This allows me to use my headphones connected to the stereo receiver and adjust the volume on my stereo so I can hear, while my wife listens to the tv using the tv remote to set the volume (always quieter than I like it).
