“I updated the software on this TV and it says no more updates. Yet when I hook up my Xbox One S it says my TV does not support HDR 10 for gaming or video. I also have the picture mode on HDR Effect...nothing. How do I fix this? Thank you.”

• There is a setting in the "General" settings options (it should be in the "Picture" settings) that is called "HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color. It is off by default and you have to enable it for each HDMI input. • You have to go to tv setting and go to the general setting scroll down to hdmi ultra he deep color and hit yes for the hdmi and restart
