“I bought this tv for my husband as he is a quadrepeligic so he can use Alexa for voice to change channels turn up volume etc. Do I use the fire stick remote or the lg remote and also Alexa isn’t discovery the tv please help not sure how to do this setup t”

Hi, thank you for your question. I will try to help you as much as I can to get your husband watching TV. First, all you need to control your tv with Alexa is the Amazon Alexa and your tv. Simple, first click the home button on the tv remote control, then click the right arrow and scroll all the way to the right will you find a menu that says something along the lines of set up tv with Amazon Alexa. Once you find that menu click on it and follow the on screen instructions. This should be really easy and simple from here on out.
