The LG 50 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (49.5'' Diag), Model # 50UM6900PUA should not be frequently freezing when using the Amazon Firestick. If you are having issues with the app, please contact Amazon for assistance with their app. Typically when an app keeps buffering, pausing or not playing when you are trying to stream it is is due to your internet connection. When an app crashes, it's possible that one of the files it's using got corrupted that's the reason why you have to delete them. After clearing the cache and data, the system will recreated those files so that the app could work properly again...^IFV
