“The picture when I watch regular tv and HD channels alike are not clear. They appear fuzzy and old like I am watching a big back tv. My 32 in Vizio 1080 p has a better picture. I am using an HDMI 4 k cord connected into the HDMI port 1 but Still no better”

• Make sure the source is set correctly on the cable box output.

• It’s because some of the channels broadcast on a lower resolution than others. You can see you want resolution when you go to information on the local channels it tells you at the bottom of the info what resolution it is broadcasting.
