Accidentally brought a Roku TV and this was the replacement for that TV. The ROKU TV setup is fine for a semi tech-savvy senior, but I quickly learned that if something goes wrong with the internet, or a series of buttons is "accidentally" pushed there can be major consequences. Even though we had the Roku, my 87yr old senior had cable hooked up also (cable is his defacto). Since the Roku was set up for the internet and his preference was cable, the settings which I had set up for him somehow got altered. So I ended up troubleshooting issues from 750 miles away, not a very good solution after the first time. That's when I ordered this LG to save the day. My nephew installed it for my senior and we were back in business, no issues since!
