• You can turn off Audio Guidance under Accessibility in the settings menu. ^Daphane

• It’s actually in the settings I normally turned it off right at the beginning of setting up the tv! I don’t have that particular model in front of me at this time, but you should be able to go into settings and select all setting, and find it from there!
