“i am unable to get Alexa to work for voice commands on this tv, I contacted LG and Amazon but could not get connected to Alexa with their help. Should't I be able to get Alexa to use voice commands with this TV? I do not have an Alexa button on my remote”

• Hi, This model Works With Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit but you need to connect an external Alexa device on this as the TV's Voice command is not built-in. ^Vanessa
