“i am unable to get Alexa to work for voice commands on this tv, I contacted LG and Amazon but could not get connected to Alexa with their help. Should't I be able to get Alexa to use voice commands with this TV? I do not have an Alexa button on my remote”

Hi, This model Works With Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit but you need to connect an external Alexa device on this as the TV's Voice command is not built-in. ^Vanessa
