“Am I able to bring the streaming signal into the TV via hardwired internet but have the audio output go to a a/v unit via HDMI? Or could I have blue tooth audio output to the a/v unit? Thanks”

The LG 50 Inch Class UQ7570 PUJ series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 TV, Model # 50UQ7570PUJ or any other TV for that matter, has to be connected to the internet for you to be able to stream from its preinstalled streaming apps. On the 50UQ7570PUJ, regardless of whether you are connected via WiFi or through the wired Ethernet (LAN) port, any audio from the streaming apps can be routed through the TVs Optical Digital Audio Output or through the TV's HDMI eARC port (HDMI 2) to your A/V unit. You can try to see if you can pair your A/V unit with the TV via Bluetooth to stream audio to it via Bluetooth from the TV. There are no guarantees that your A/V unit can be paired with the TV...^Ivan
