Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like your TV was not set up correctly. I recommend that you have a professional review and fix the set up. We paid $200 to have the Geek Squad set everything up when they delivered the TV. I had tried to set things up (with apps and cable connections) with our previous TV and ended up paying for Geek Squad after trying unsuccessfully to do it myself for several days. It is well worth the money.
